Safety / Medical: Please notify us of any physical disabilities, limitations or on-staff medical personnel you or your department might have.

Required Credentials: LEA / MIL - Badge and / or ID (please have them with you) Civilian – Drivers License and / or Photo ID Card

Confirmation of employment may be required prior to enrollment. A background check may be required to verify an individual's status

Minimum Student Gear Requirements
Below is a list of items all students will need to complete the course:

· Weapon(s)	For course attending
· Magazines	Minimum 2 required, 3 recommended for all weapons
· Holster	Tactical leg, duty belt type, or concealed will do fine
· Magazine pouch	Open or closed top will do fine
· Ear protection	Earmuffs, electronic or squeeze type will all work fine
· Eye protection	Wrap-around eye-protection is mandatory
· Sling	Recommended for all Carbine, Shotgun, and Submachine-gun courses but not mandatory
· Flashlight	Recommended for any 5 Day or Multi-weapon course but not mandatory (bring extra batteries)
· Notebook & pen or pencil
· Shooting mat & sand bag or gear bag to use for " sighting in " your weapon
· Gasmask (if applicable)

Handgun

Shotgun

2-Day Shotgun - 500 rounds 12 gauge target load, 50 rounds 12 gauge buckshot, 20 rounds 12 gauge slug per student
3-Day Tactical Shotgun - 700 rounds 12 gauge target load, 100 rounds 12 gauge buckshot, 30 rounds 12 gauge slug per student
5-Day Tactical Shotgun - 1500 rounds 12 gauge target load, 200 rounds 12 gauge buckshot, 75 rounds 12 gauge slug, 250 rounds of handgun ammunition per student

Carbine / Rifle

2-Day Carbine / Rifle – 1000 rounds of rifle ammunition per student
3-Day Tactical Carbine / Rifle – 1500 rounds of rifle ammunition per student
5-Day Tactical Carbine – 2500 rounds of rifle ammunition, 250 rounds of handgun ammunition per student

Submachine-gun

2-Day Tactical Submachine-gun - 1500 rounds of submachine-gun ammunition, 250 rounds of handgun ammunition per student

5-Day Handgun / Carbine – 1750 rounds handgun ammunition, 1000 rounds of rifle ammunition per student
