COURSE OBJECTIVE: This course introduces students to lock picking skills, and stealth building entry techniques, skills that will provide the Operator, the tools to perform their mission, when conventional forced entry is not an option.
COURSE LENGTH: Two Days
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course features Lock Picking and Subtle Mechanical Breaching Skills. The student will encounter over 200 commonly used locks during their training and topics will include:
Ethics of keyless entries.
Lock familiarization and operation.
Introduction to lock picking, tools, and techniques.
Practical application with a variety of locks, including door knobs, dead bolts,
padlocks, and specialty locks both in the residential and commercial types.
Techniques to defeat common padlocks to include: warded padlocks, the four
number combination locks, and three-number circular combination locks.
Instruction on various, bypass techniques, on defeating residential and
commercial lock.
Exposure to specialized techniques, used to defeat high-security padlocks, and
similar mechanisms.
Presentation of graduate certificates and awarding of individual lock pick sets.
