Modular Armored Security Shield System

The patented STS Modular Armored Security ShieldTM (MASS) is the most advanced personal protective barrier ever designed. The MASS system is designed to give an operator NIJ Level 4 / UL Level 8 protection by replacing Kevlar, sandbag, concrete, and water-filled with true ballistic protection for personal security at vital assets, entry control points, and for sentry and guard positions. The MASS is CAD designed, CNC laser cut, protected by a NAVSEA approved Fluidized Bed powder coat process, and constructed of 3/8” AR500 (Abrasion Resistance) ‘Armor Plate’ steel. The BWS is certified by HP White Laboratories to withstand repeated hits from virtually any shotgun, handgun, or rifle to include all 5.56mm and 7.62 armor piercing ammunition. The MASS has also successfully defeated one round of .50 caliber steel core ball M33 ammunition fired from a M2HB Browning Machine Gun at 100 meters.
