MK38 PEDESTAL MOUNT
Pedestal system for our MK93 mount.
Designed to accept all weapon mounts with a standard Navy or Army pintle, the MK38 can be used as a basis for the integration of a wide variety of weapon systems. Ideal for ECP, vehicle and maritime applications, this mount can be used with or without the exterior support legs, depending on application and weapon system. Built to withstand the rigors of sustained maritime and ground vehicle operations, the MK38 is constructed to survive a wide spectrum of abuse. The MK38 attaches directly onto a vessel, any suitable horizontal vehicle, or a land superstructure. Options include an 8-position height-adjustable pedestal or a train stop attachment, and are available in 316 stainless steel or 1020 alloy series steel. It can also be custom manufactured to your required height to support alternative mounting positions.
MK16 MOD 8
The MK16 Mod 8 is manufactured using corrosive resistant materials and has a powdercoat finish. The stand accepts the standard Naval pintle (medium). The pintle is held in place by a pintle lock located on the front of the stand. A safety feature of the stand is a cut away train stop that limits the arc of fire of the weapon. On the rear of the stand a travel lock can be installed to secure the weapon and mount while moving.
MK123 LIGHTWEIGHT TRIPOD
Produced from lightweight aluminum, the MK123 Tripod is designed for use with LMG / MMG weapon systems, the M2HB (.50) Heavy Machine Gun, and the MK19 Grenade Launcher. The tripod also utilizes the Traverse & Elevation (T&E) Mechanism.
FLAT FACED HEAVY MACHINE GUN PEDESTAL
Adjustable height heavy machine gun pedestal that accepts large pintle accessories and weapon mounts. The flat face provides increased operator working area when mounted in truck beds and guard towers. Pintle height ranges from 39 to 49 1/2″.

Adjustable height heavy machine gun pedestal that accepts large pintle accessories and weapon mounts. Most commonly mounted in truck beds and guard towers to provide 360 degree field of fire. Pintle height ranges from 39 to 49 1/2″.

Adjustable height pedestal that accepts universal swing arm mounts. Pintle height ranges from 19 to 31″.
MK16 MOD 9
The MK16 MOD9 Tripod accepts medium and heavy machine guns. It can be mounted in naval, maritime, ground vehicles & ECP’s. It includes the MK16 MOD8 stand and the MK16 MOD 0 tripod, which accepts the standard NATO large pintle. MK16 MOD8 comes with an adjustable train stop assembly. It is made from non-corrosive materials.

The patented STS Modular Armored Security ShieldTM (MASS) is the most advanced personal protective barrier ever designed. The MASS system is designed to give an operator NIJ Level 4 / UL Level 8 protection by replacing Kevlar, sandbag, concrete, and water-filled with true ballistic protection for personal security at vital assets, entry control points, and for sentry and guard positions. The MASS is CAD designed, CNC laser cut, protected by a NAVSEA approved Fluidized Bed powder coat process, and constructed of 3/8” AR500 (Abrasion Resistance) ‘Armor Plate’ steel. The BWS is certified by HP White Laboratories to withstand repeated hits from virtually any shotgun, handgun, or rifle to include all 5.56mm and 7.62 armor piercing ammunition. The MASS has also successfully defeated one round of .50 caliber steel core ball M33 ammunition fired from a M2HB Browning Machine Gun at 100 meters.
